The building is intended for senior students (“seniors”) of the Penley and Essendon School (PEGS). The compositional solution of this building was born from the idea that the library is the heart of any educational institution. Another practical challenge was to create a public space that is reliably protected from the winds. From these two terms, a complex has grown, in terms of which it has received a distinct resemblance to the "eight" of the infinity sign.

This layout allowed for the inclusion of two courtyards in the complex, which in turn provide the building with sufficient daylight. Each of the "rings" carries its own functional load, but together the two wings of the building organically complement and continue each other, clearly illustrating the truth that learning can and should continue indefinitely.

The use of bright colors in the design of public areas helps students to better navigate in the school space, and the use of natural wood in the decoration makes the boundary between the interior spaces and outdoor recreation organized in the arches of each of the buildings more conditional.

For facing the facades of the building, the architects chose glazed bricks in silver and dark gray shades. This material emphasizes the plasticity of curved surfaces, gives them solidity and even some brutality, reliably "fixing" the outer boundaries of the complex and at the same time organically fitting it into the landscape.
