The VELUX Daylight Visualizer is a simple tool for designing and analyzing the light in your home. It will help you to correctly and as creep as possible to place the daylight sources in your home even before the implementation of the project itself.
The program has an intuitive interface that allows you to quickly generate 3D images and animations of rooms with windows, doors and furniture. Many different functions will help you correctly calculate lighting depending on the parameters of the environment and the location of the project.
The VELUX Daylight Visualizer is CIE 171: 2006 certified. This assessment was carried out by ENTPE, Ecole Nationale Des Travaux Publics de l′Etat in France. More information on this certification can be found in the news section of this website.

VELUX Daylight Visualizer 2.6.0 can be installed on Mac OSX and Windows 7.

To change the program interface language to Russian, after installing the program, select the Edit command (in the main menu), select the Preferences command and select Russian from the list of possible languages, then restart the program.
You can import models from other CAD applications: to calculate KEO, take a 3D model of an object from ArchiCad, 3DMAX, SketchUP. The import file format must be as follows: Supported format (* obj, * skp, * dwg, * dxf). And the minimum computer requirements of the program are standard - this is the operating system Microsoft Windows XP or VISTA, 256 MB of RAM, 1024x768 minimum screen resolution, 50 MB of free disk space (Intel Pentium 4, AMD * (minimum).
In addition to the main object, you can now build nearby objects in the program, which will allow you to take into account the reflected light and shading of your object when calculating the KEO.
