With his project, Weinfeld responded to the difficult living conditions in the largest city in Brazil (in São Paulo - 10 million inhabitants, followed by Rio - 6 million). Most of the residential buildings there are a jumble of standard apartments, locked in themselves, and long distances (city area 1525 km2) make residents spend long hours on the way between work, home, school, etc., leaving no time for leisure, however, public spaces in the metropolis are also lacking.
Therefore, Isai Weinfeld has provided each of the 62 apartments of his construction with a full-fledged courtyard, from which breathtaking views of São Paulo and its environs open: the 360 ° building stands on the crest of a hill that separates the two urban areas. All four facades of the tower are the same and equal.
The house contains apartments of 7 types of layouts and 4 sizes - 130, 170, 250 and 415 m2. On a floor there can be from 2 to 4 apartments, together forming 6 variants of the plan.
A bridge over the reservoir leads from the street to the lobby located on the 2nd floor. Below ground level is the gym, lounge, party room and laundry room, as well as the concierge's apartment. Even lower there are 3 tiers of parking, and on the 4th underground floor there are staff accommodation, storage rooms, technical rooms, as well as a sauna and an outdoor pool - due to the location of the building on a hill with steep slopes, the underground levels actually turned out to be semi-underground, and two of them of the four facades go out.
