Luxury will be the leitmotif of the project. One tower will house the hotel, the other two - housing. But the hallmark of the complex is a light-filled glass and marble shopping mall that will take up almost the entire space of the site at ground level. Famous brands such as Fendi and Chanel will receive their own "embassies" there - separate cases made of marble.

These boutiques will be located along the central axis, following the type of traditional European development, and their roofs will become platforms for cinemas, over which restaurants will be located. Roofs will be connected by bridges. All this will be covered with a glass canopy with sun protection devices, which will create an atmosphere of lightness and spaciousness in the shopping center.

The lower part of the towers will be completely devoted to the hotel and accommodation, and landscaping - a characteristic feature of François's projects - will be added to these components in the upper part, as well as swimming pools, bars and other public spaces connected by bridges immersed in artificial fog. The facades of the towers will be covered from the sun by thin steel gratings.

The project claims to be the first in India to receive LEED Platinum certification for energy efficiency.
