Have gone from a distributor to a leading manufacturer in the industry
In 1996, the ALUTECH company consisted of 10 people and manufactured roller shutters from components from a foreign supplier. Today the holding unites five factories, more than 20 sales branches in Europe and the CIS, as well as a friendly team of three thousand like-minded people. The ALUTECH brand produces not only roller shutters, but also various types of sectional and entrance gates, more than 20 groups of aluminum profile systems, reloading equipment and automation.
Reached impressive production volumes
The ALUTECH enterprises have created the largest complexes in the CIS for the production of aluminum and steel products. Thus, the most powerful plant of the AluminTechno Group can produce over 55,000 tons of extruded aluminum profiles per year. Alutech Incorporated is capable of producing over 150 million running meters of roll-rolled sections per year. The capacity of Alutech Gate Systems, the youngest enterprise of the Group, is 240,000 doors per year.
Automated enterprises and sales processes
Equipping with state-of-the-art equipment has significantly increased the efficiency of the Group's factories. For example: one automatic door leaf production line installed at Alutech Gate Systems replaces 6 semi-automatic installations and produces up to 700 products per day.
The launch of the modern Internet platform AService allowed ALUTECH customers to calculate, place and track orders from anywhere in the world using a laptop, tablet or smartphone. The emergence of a client's personal account soon, which is being developed in partnership with one of the SAP IT leaders, will make working with orders even easier, faster and more convenient.
