The building, faced with natural ocher stone, is located on the outskirts of the city, near the banks of the Segre River. It is surrounded by a new spacious area (15,300 m2), partially hidden under the cantilever outlets of the main building. This public space is thus protected from rain and sun; on the one hand, it can also be used as an open stage, since stands opposite are erected, arranged on the part of the underground garage protruding to the surface of the earth.
Inside the walls, the buildings are mostly covered with white plaster, the floors are made of wood or light marble, but the individual color accents are intended to remind that the Lleida area is famous for its fruit plantations. So, the main theater and conference hall for 1000 people is designed in red and black tones, and glazed openings in the form of tree silhouettes are arranged on its walls sheathed with wood panels. The foyer with panoramic glazing is also designed in bright colors. In addition to these two rooms, the building includes two convertible conference rooms for 400 and 200 people and a multifunctional space. It is planned to build a garden on the roof, other "green" elements of the project are the use of solar panels and a heat accumulator.
The grand opening of the theater is scheduled for March 23, 2010.
